Hi Danielle, I replied on the 4th of March see above. I only received the SAE this morning at work through the internal mail and have sent an email to you regarding what to do with it which won't send till I get back home as my university SMTP won't let me send outgoing mail.

I am sorry you have been disappointed this time please reply to the email to let me know what to do with the envelope. I did reply saying I would not be able to send you any and we don't hand out stickers at our own events let alone offer them for other people as they are very expensive.

Hi,

I sent a STAMPED self addressed envelope to you for some stickers which we wanted for our event last week. There is still no sign of the stickers, we were quite dissappointed, are they on there way?

thanks Danielle UKRC

Hi Jack,

In order to specify a snowboard I need to know about your weight, height and boot size. But bearing in mind you want to spend a whole season riding then I would recommend the True Expression which suits your size - provided your not bigger than a size 10/11 boot dependent on snowboard length you require as they each have different widths.

I hope this helps.

Hi Lisa!

Wondering if you would be kind enough to help me.

I'm going to La tania to do a season in nov 2010 and and am considering buying my first board soon as its approaching the end of season sale. Iv been spending hours researching different boards and designs but it's a bit mind blowing!

Hears a little bit of info about me which i hope will help you narrow down your decision.

I'm 21 and from Salisbury in Wiltshire. I am a keen and confident surfer, never snowboarded or skied before. I'm going to put a lot of hard work and time into getting as good as i can on the board. I'm confident i will grasp the basics quickly as i have good balance and coordination and will have lesions on the dry slopes before i get out there. I will spend 3-4 days a week snowboarding for 5 months.

Not bothered about the price of the board, as long as i know im getting a good deal.

Would be much appreciated if you can help.

Hope all is well.

Many thanks.

Hi Danielle,

I'm afraid we don't had stickers out at our own events due to the costs involved in getting them printed. Each sticker costs us 50p hence why they are offered on a individual request basis only. I therefore won't be able to send any to hand out at the event for you. If you would like a short run done of course I am more than happy to allow you to use the artwork and can put you in touch with the supplier :) email liza@truesnowboards.com if you are interested.

Hi Kyle,

Classes - maths and physics, Engineering if its offered and design technology. I'm guessing you are based in the states so I am afraid I have no idea which colleges are good for that. I think your colleges are like our unis here? Mechanical Engineering is the degree discipline needed for snowboard engineering. I hope that helps in someway. Career choice wise its a tough industry to get into but if you can offer something different or special then the sky is the limit. I would recommend writing to all the major snowboard companies - you might get a reply I think Burton and K2 do internships - I did a project with K2 as an undergraduate.
